In ways that surpass human understanding, God’s power continues to be revealed to those who believe. This is a true story from SHADE Pre & Primary School, demonstrating how God’s hand is at work in the lives of children with His unfailing love and mercy.

Erick is a young boy currently studying in Class 2 at our school. Before joining SHADE at the beginning of this year, Erick’s life was greatly troubled by serious health challenges. Every month, without fail, he would suffer from epileptic seizures (degedege) up to three times a month. His parents lived in constant fear, distress, and uncertainty concerning their son’s future.

By God’s divine direction, Erick’s family made the decision to enroll him at SHADE Pre & Primary School. From the moment he was welcomed, Erick began participating in the school’s spiritual development programs, especially the weekly prayer sessions held in our dedicated prayer room, a sacred space set apart for God’s service and blessings upon the children and the entire community.

To the great amazement of his parents, Erick’s condition started to change in a miraculous way. Since he began attending these prayer sessions, he has not experienced any seizures—not even once. His parents joyfully and gratefully testify:

“We cannot explain how, but we are amazed to see our son doing well and enjoying perfect health. Surely, God has done it.”

This is not only a story of physical healing but a living testimony of how God breaks the works of the enemy and displays His power to those who trust in Him. SHADE Pre & Primary School is not only a place of academic learning but also a field for spiritual ministry where children experience God’s love in their everyday lives.

We give all the glory to God, believing that this wonderful work is part of His divine commission to raise up children in the way they should go, so that even when they are grown, they will not depart from it (Proverbs 22:6). We continue standing firm in prayer, thanking God for His ongoing work through SHADE in the lives of children like Erick and many other families.
