Shade School is run by an entirely Tanzanian staff, committed to empowering those within their own communities and spreading the truth about albinism within their own country. As our student population has continued to grow, so has our staff! We've outgrown our current office and meeting spaces.
Our staff needs a place where they are able to work and meet with ease, ensuring that they can do their best for our students and community. The construction of this administration building supports our Tanzanian leaders and allows our team to continue to grow and thrive.

All contributions designated for specific projects shall be applied to those projects, and we may assess up to 10 percent to be used for administering the gift. Shade handles all gifts in compliance with IRS government regulations for non-profit organizations.
